Citrus <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you get your citrus through juices or the fruits\nthemselves, it\u2019s still incredibly acidic. It can wear down your enamel, leading\nto decay and even painful sensitivity. To avoid damage to your pearly whites,\nconsume your citrus at mealtimes and rinse with water afterward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ice <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While chewing on ice can help you cool down on a hot spring day, this habit can damage your enamel, breaking your teeth and forcing you to rush to your emergency dentist\u2019s office. To beat the heat, suck on ice instead, or let it melt into cool water. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Carbonated Beverages <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Even diet soda is still incredibly acidic.
